Well there was a large brown stain on the carpet and we where told there was air-conditioning in the room which was a fan. Indeed, operating a hotel during COVID times is a tough job but we are pleased you did appreciate the efforts put, for instance, on the breakfast to make it as smooth as if COVID never existed.
